With over three decades of experience in the field, Gale brings an exceptional level of expertise and dedication to patient care. He earned his dental assisting license from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in Gainesville and has proudly been a valued member of our team since 1991.
Gale is known for his calming presence, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to ensuring every patient feels heard, cared for, and completely at ease. His ability to anticipate patient needs and provide personalized support reflects the high standard of excellence we strive for in every aspect of our care.
Outside the office, Gale enjoys spending quality time with his dog, taking long bike rides, and connecting with family and friends.
FINANCIAL COORDINATOR
Celebrating 25 years with our practice, Maria is the heart of our front office and a friendly face our patients know and love. She began her dental journey as an assistant and has grown into her current role as Financial Coordinator, where she helps keep everything running smoothly and makes every patient feel like family.
Outside the office, Maria enjoys spending time with her beautiful granddaughter and two beloved grand-dogs. She’s an avid fan of antiquing, thrift shopping, and relaxing days at the beach.
With her warm personality and decades of experience, Maria is always ready to help you feel comfortable and cared for from the moment you walk through the door.
MARKETING DIRECTOR
Padgett is proud to serve as the creator and editor of our office’s printed marketing materials and manager of our community networking. She and her husband, Dr. Holloman, are so excited to grow the practice in order to reach and serve more of the community. Padgett feels honored to help him in this endeavor, and hopes to make our office a place where people can trust their smiles are in great hands.
At home, Padgett spends most of her time taking care of their three children, but when she has some free moments, she enjoys exercising, particularly running, reading, and serving as a leader in the Community Bible Study.
PRACTICE ADMINISTRATOR
Barb joined the practice in September 2025, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in practice and office management across a variety of healthcare settings. She offers a wealth of expertise in key aspects of small business operations, including human resources, marketing, accounting, and the development and implementation of efficient policies and procedures.
Holding a degree in Psychology, Barb leverages her background to foster strong communication, teamwork, and leadership within the office. Although new to the dental field, she is confident that her skills and experience will contribute positively to the continued growth and stability of the practice.
Outside of work, Barb enjoys spending time with her family, reading, walking, watching sunsets, and cheering on her favorite football teams.
OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
Olivia is a dedicated Dental Operations Assistant who joined our team in August of last year, bringing several years of experience across healthcare and dental settings. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from the University of Florida and has worked and shadowed in multiple dental specialties. Cross-trained in both clinical and administrative roles, Olivia supports everything from scheduling and insurance verification to treatment planning, operatory setup, and sterilization, all with a focus on creating a smooth, patient-centered experience.
She is currently preparing to apply to dental school and is completing continuing education and preparatory coursework to further expand her knowledge. Outside the office, Olivia enjoys running, boating, and drawing, and is passionate about staying active, creative, and continually growing both personally and professionally.
DENTAL ASSISTANT
Michelle graduated from Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene in Boston, MA and has a bachelors degree in psychology from UMASS Boston. Michelle is committed to providing a caring and supportive environment for her patients so they can enjoy anxiety-free visits. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children.
